Key Accomplishments
Transportation Access Program:
- In 2022, provided over 23,000 free ORCA cards to groups like youth, seniors, low-income households, and essential workers.
- These cards were used for nearly 2.5 million rides, saving users over $4.75 million.
Capital Projects:
- Completed four projects to enhance transit on 15 routes across Seattle.
Rainier Ave S Bus Lane Project:
- Added a northbound bus lane between S Alaska St and S Walden St.
- Added a southbound bus lane between S Oregon St and S Edmunds St.
Other Corridor Projects:
- Improved bus reliability, travel time, and access to bus stops and Link stations.

Small-Scale Capital Projects:
- Completed 10 projects to improve transit on 14 routes in Seattle.
