Pedestrian Projects Toolkit

Background

SDOT has created a Pedestrian Projects Toolkit which provides estimated costs, timelines, and additional contextual information on pedestrian safety and traffic calming improvements. The Toolkit highlights some of the more common pedestrian-focused infrastructure that SDOT crews install throughout Seattle. Data from Seattle and around the country was used to inform desired project outcomes such as speed and collision reductions. The Toolkit is available in the following languages: Spanish, traditional and simplified Chinese, Vietnamese, Somali, Amharic, Korean, Oromo, Tagalog, and Tigrinya.
