This package includes play area improvements at Ward Springs Play Area, Bryant Neighborhood Park Play Area, and View Ridge Playfield Play Area, with phased construction planned to minimize community disruption.

Construction will begin immediately at View Ridge and Ward Springs; these two sites will run concurrently and are expected to be complete by the end of 2025. Once work at View Ridge is complete and the site has reopened to the public, construction at Bryant play area will begin.

Project Description

This project will replace the existing play equipment with new equipment that meets current safety and accessibility standards. All improvements will be compliant with the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

During construction, the contractor will need to close the play area portion of the park.
