Miller Playfield Play Area Renovation

Please join us for a community engagement event on Wednesday, December 11 from 4-6 p.m. at the Miller Community Center Multi-Purpose room, 330 19th Ave E, Seattle, WA 98112.

During this meeting you'll have the chance to meet our project team and provide your input on the design for the renovation. All ages are encouraged to attend and share their hopes and dreams for this play area renovation. We look forward to working with the community on the design.

Budget

The King County Parks Levy provides $1,906,093 for the planning, design, and construction of this project.

Schedule

Planning: Fall 2024 – Spring 2025
Design: Summer 2025 – Winter 2026
Construction: Spring 2026 – Fall 2026

Project Description

This project will replace the existing play equipment, install play area grass surfacing and make accessibility improvements to the pathways.
