Winter 2025/Early 2026
Lower Woodland PF #1, also known as the Seattle Mariners All-Star Legacy Field, has completed the design phase. D.A. Hogan is the design consultant on this project. The scope of work includes in-field turf replacement of the aging turf, as well as installing new turf in the bullpens. Due to contract delays and weather constraints, the construction of this project has been postponed to June 2026 with completion in August 2026.
The entire field will be closed during construction. Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) and the contractor hired for the project will work to minimize impact on the roadways and neighborhood. SPR continues to deliver a safe, durable, and playable athletic facility and experience for users.
