Battery Street Open Space Site Design Study

The City of Seattle is considering the open space in Belltown between Battery & Bell streets and First & Western avenues for a potential future park. City Council has provided funding to SPR to begin planning and early design of a park at this location. This work will include a design study and public outreach to explore possible park uses for the site and placement of accessibility features, investigate site conditions and requirements, and develop a proposed schematic design for the park.
