Drop-In Programs

Teen Life Centers

Seattle's three Teen Life Centers (TLC's) are open for drop-in programs after school, late night, and during school breaks.  Each TLC has wi-fi, tutoring and mentorship, field trips, cooking classes, fitness opportunities, internships, and more.

Caring staff serve as facilitators and mentors, and Teen Councils plan youth-centered programming.

Teen Late Night

Teen Late Night programs are offered on Friday and/or Saturday nights at all 3 Teen Life Centers as well as at 5 Community Centers. Programs usually run from 7pm-12am, but check with your local facility.

Late Night programs offer drop-in recreation, meals, internships, field trips, and connections to other agencies.

Free Teen Swims

Fall 2025 Teen Swim Schedule:

All swimming abilities welcome. Participant E-13 Form required. Please see individual pool pages for exception dates (swim meets, maintenance closures, etc.).

Most Teen Swims are held in cooperation with Teen Late Night programs at the nearest Community Center or Teen Life Center. Pre-lifeguard training is offered at some Teen Swim programs.
