This playground features baby swings, tennis courts, long lawn area perfect for catch, as well as slides and climbing features.
Named "Froula Memorial Courts" in 1939 in honor of Mr. V.K. Froula, who was the first principal of Roosevelt High School from 1922 until his death in 1938. Playground and name are the result of petitions initiated by the school P.T.A., because of Froula's intense interest in recreation.
Reserve your tennis court
Outdoor tennis court reservations are managed by Amy Yee Tennis Center, with self service reservations available online in Active Net (free account required). Reservations are also available by phone. Call (206) 684-4764, or visit Amy Yee Tennis Center in person.
