Community Donation Fund

The pandemic, inflation, and rising housing costs have has made it harder for many customers in our community to afford their utility bills. You can help by making a donation to Seattle Public Utilities' (SPU's) Community Donation Fund. Every dollar donated through the Community Donation Fund goes directly to help supplement SPU's Emergency Assistance Program, which provides one-time emergency financial assistance to help qualifying customers pay their SPU bills. Donations can be made online with a debit or credit card, through your Utility Bill, or by check.

Donate today to help a neighbor in need.
