Scheduling your special item pickup is simple. Begin by logging into your account, or register for an acount profile if you don't have one.
Once logged in, select the “Special item Pick-up” link to begin scheduling.
The forms will take you through the list of options of which item you're having picked up, the cost, and scheduling.

There are some free items (like styrofoam and used oil), and there’s a small fee for items like batteries, electronics, sofas, or exercise machines.

The property manager can request a Special Item Pickup for you.

Did you know that one little lithium battery can start a fire in trucks and transfer stations? Aside from it being illegal to dump many of these items, we work to recycle as much as possible.

Most everything that comes to us is recycled, if we can take it apart and send it off for another life - we will make it happen.
