Our downtown Customer Service Center will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, Aug. 5 for a planned workforce development event. Phone, email, and in-person customer service will be unavailable. You can manage your account, view your bill, and make payments at the myutilities.seattle.gov.
You can pay your utility bill in person by check, cash, or credit card at a neighborhood customer service center during this time. We have eight other locations across our service area to assist you. Regular customer service will resume on Thursday, Aug. 6.
