Independent Contractor Protections Guide Celebration

The City of Seattle Office of Labor Standards is inviting you to celebrate the release of our Independent Contractor Protections Guide! This guidebook will go over independent contractor’s rights and how independent contractors can use small claims court to enforce their own rights, including the right to be paid on time.

The release celebration will be on Saturday October 12th from 2-4pm at the Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute, West Room (104 17th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144)

This event is aimed at independent contractors: people who run their own business without any partners, do work for other businesses, and do not have employees.
