Ready to Work

  • $700K (City CDBG Grant Year 2026)
  • Grant administered by Seattle Office of Immigrant and Refugee Affairs
  • Provides low-income refugees and immigrants with case management, job skills, job placement, and English language instruction on their path to economic stability and integration.

  • Completes home maintenance, repairs, and modifications for low- to moderate-income homeowners who are 60+ and/or adults with disabilities.

Seattle Parks Upgrade Program

  • Grant administered by Seattle Parks & Recreation
  • Labor provided by Seattle Conservation Corps
  • Improves accessibility and safety in parks located in low- to moderate-income neighborhoods.

Opioid Recovery & Care Access (ORCA) Center, Downtown Emergency Service Center

  • Loan administered by Seattle Human Services Department, Community Facilities Team
  • Offers rapid, compassionate, and evidence-based care after an individual experiences a drug overdose. Primarily serves low-income people.

Evergreen Treatment Services Health & Recovery Campus

  • Planned new campus to offer homeless and low-income individuals with medical care, including evidence-based treatment for substance dependency.

Community Facilities Capital Projects Fund

  • $1.7M (City CDBG GY 2026)
  • Capital project funding for non-profit organizations seeking to acquire property and/or construct new facilities or renovate existing buildings. Must serve primarily low- to moderate-income individuals.
