  • Pathways Home One Year Report: The purpose of this memorandum is to provide an update on the progress the City and its partners have made in implementing the six priority action areas for Pathways Home, a policy framework for addressing homelessness. This memorandum outlines the system changes that have been implemented and the results and lessons learned to date.
  • Permitted Encampment Evaluation: The goals of this report are to, a) determine the extent that City of Seattle temporary, permitted encampments are an effective homelessness response strategy and, b) identify successes and areas of improvement for the permitted encampment model. The majority of the data and financial findings in this report reflect the experiences and results of the Ballard, Interbay and Othello permitted encampments between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016.
  • Homelessness Investment Analysis: An analysis of the City of Seattle's 2014 investments in homelessness prevention services.
  • Quiet Crisis: Age Wave Maxes Out Affordable Housing, King County 2008-2025: With the number of seniors in King County expected to double by 2025, government and community leaders must work together to meet the challenge of providing enough affordable housing for this growing population.

  • North Seattle Human Services Summit Data: A PowerPoint data deep-dive on human services needs confronting the North Seattle communities.
  • Safety Competitive Funding Opportunity Co-Design Report: The Seattle Human Services Department (HSD) shares the report on the 2018 co-design process. The 2018 co-design process allowed HSD to expand on the breadth of information captured during the 2017 community engagement process. Community input from the 2018 co-design process informed the activities, performance measures and organizational qualifications that were included in the 2019 safety funding opportunity.
