If you find that you have Seattle Municipal Court charges pending as a result of having your identity stolen, the Seattle City Attorney's Office has prepared an information packet, linked below, to guide you on how to proceed.
You should contact the Seattle City Attorney's Criminal Division at (206) 684-7757 to initiate the process.
In your effort to clear your record of fraudulent charges, you should respond to all court summons. If you fail to respond, it will be more difficult to prove who the responsible party really is.
