Community Partner Resource List
Department of Licensing (DOL) | We will provide information on licensing and ID, but our group does not issue IDs. We answer licensing and ID questions and provide license reinstatement information, driver guides, brochures for identification requirements, and getting an enhanced license or ID. We also have information on local agencies that assist with payment for DOL services we share and where to test for a license. |
Department of Neighborhoods (DON) | Department of Neighborhoods Community Engagement Coordinators (CECs) work with Seattle residents to build strong, lasting relationships in their neighborhoods and beyond. Their goal is to make participation in civic life easier in the four areas that they cover: North, Central, West Seattle/South Park, and Southeast. |
King County Department of Public Defense |
The King County Department of Public Defense provides legal representation to indigent individuals charged with crimes in Seattle Municipal Court. |
OEM staff will provide information on personal and family preparedness and interactive preparedness activities. |

The Office of Labor Standards seeks to uplift and protect workers’ rights through strategic organizational partnerships, providing outreach and educational resources to employers and workers on Seattle labor laws. |

How to Get Involved
1. Sign Up to Be Part of the Community Engagement Partner Network:
Add your organization to our Community Engagement Partner list, which will be shared on our website and with court users and community members. This is a great way to increase visibility and connect with those who may benefit from your services.
- Stay active by sharing events, workshops, and resources with us.
- Attend quarterly meetings with fellow partners to network, collaborate, and discuss ways to make a collective impact.
- As a Community Engagement Partner, you will be able to promote your event or news in our newsletter.

- Does not align with the mission and values of SMC.
- Promotes commercial or for-profit activities.
- Contains political endorsements or sensitive content not suitable for general audiences.
