In compliance with Seattle City Council request CBA SMC 003-A-001, the court is publishing this dashboard on electronic home monitoring (EHM) utilization. The data is provided by Sentinel Offender Services, EHM vendor for the City of Seattle/Seattle Municipal Court.

Electronic Home Monitoring (EHM)

The report includes individuals with an active EHM obligation during the time period displayed on the dashboard. This includes individuals whose EHM obligation started prior to January 1, 2022 and those whose started after January 1, 2022. Data includes race and gender, pretrial vs. post-adjudication EHM, other conditions ordered with EHM, top 10 offenses with EHM use, EHM obligation status, revocation reason, length of time spent on EHM, and total EHM obligations by pay status (court subsidy or participant paid).
