Our Residential Inspection Quick Sheets provide more transparency to the inspection process. They were created to help you understand what our inspectors are looking for during inspections and to clarify the sequence of inspections.

- Setback/foundation inspection (before placement of concrete)
- Framing (subfloor) inspection (before covering the floor framing)
- Structural inspection (before covering the outside sheathing)
- Mechanical cover inspection (before insulating or covering any floors, walls, or ceilings)
- Framing inspection (before insulating or covering framing)
- Insulation inspection (after the insulation is installed)
- Mechanical final inspection (after the cover inspection and before the building final inspection)
- Final inspection (after all construction is complete and all related permits have received a final inspection)
