We will host a virtual public meeting on July 15, 2025, to describe the proposed changes to  the 2026 Stormwater Code and Manual Update. The meeting details are provided below. 

July 2025 Public Draft Comment Period

The first public review draft comment period is July 8-August 8, 2025. We will post the draft documents of the 2026 Stormwater Code by July 8, 2025. We will consider any comments we receive after August 8 as time allows. There will also be a second public review draft this fall or winter.

When commenting on the Stormwater Code or Manual, please include as much of the following information as you can:

  • Number and title of the code or manual section (for example: 22.805.070.D.a or Volume 1, Section 3.2)
  • Specific code language you’re suggesting
  • Explanation of why the code should be changed

We may not be able to respond to individual comments, but we will take all comments into consideration.
