Your organization is welcome to hold a meeting or special event at Warren G. Magnuson Park’s Community Campus.

Most of the facilities are on the park’s "Main Street."

MEETING ROOMS

Two meeting rooms are available. One (in Building 30 – 6310 N.E. 74th Street) is a conference room for up to 50 people. The other (in Building 406 – 6344 N.E. 74th Street) can accommodate up to 100 people. Building 406 is wheelchair accessible. In Building 30, the Southeast Offices conference room is also wheelchair accessible. The fee for meeting room space is $50 per hour.

Call 206-233-7892 to inquire about availability.

SPECIAL EVENTS VENUES

Five structures are available for rental providing unique opportunities for special events and activities.

These range from a former aircraft hangar (Building 30 – 6310 N.E. 74th Street), that offers approximately 20,000 square feet without pillars, to a former "brig," or military prison (Building 406). Amenities include ample power supply, roll-up doors for drive-in loading, and adjacent parking for 50 to 500 cars. Building 406, the Community Activity Center, is wheelchair accessible. However, as Building 406 is used more for daily and weekly community meeting activities, its use as a special-events facility will become limited.

Groups have used the park’s facilities for such events as public meetings, book sales, plant sales, customized car shows, art shows, plays, dance parties, catered events, art exhibitions and festivals, youth gatherings, and run/walk fundraisers. Because of the large, open, indoor space available, we can accommodate unusual events or projects, such as an indoor skateboard competition, and SeaFair Parade float construction and storage.

Call 206-233-7892 to discuss your group’s needs and get sample floor plans.
There is a fee for use of these facilities.

PICNICS

There are four large picnic shelters available for reservations.
