About

The Interbay Athletic Complex is a result of partnerships between the City of Seattle's Parks and Recreation and Interbay Golf Centers and Seattle Pacific University. The facility represents $8.6 million in private funding and includes:

  • 1,500-yard, par 28, nine-hole golf course
  • 80-station driving range
  • Pro shop with food service
  • 18-hole mini golf putting course
  • Practice facilities
  • 900-seat, sports grass soccer stadium
  • Little League baseball facilities Softball facilities
  • T-Ball facilities
  • On-site parking

The stadium received light replacements for new LED lights at the ballfields and soccer stadium and a service kiosk in 2023!

Current Projects

Interbay Athletic Complex ADA Improvements

This project starts work at the facility in December 2023 and ends in the spring of 2024. The project will improve accessibility to the facility with improvements that will address ADA barrier removal and accessibility improvements to the Interbay Athletic Complex to bring it into compliance with current applicable accessibility codes and other non-compliant issues identified. 126 Items on the Citywide Barrier Removal Schedule will be addressed by this project.

The project includes:
  • Accessible parking stalls
  • Accessible pathways from the parking area to the comfort station, ticket booth, field house, concession, soccer field, bleachers, and baseball field
  • Miscellaneous interior improvements to remove ADA barriers at locker rooms, toilet rooms, concession, referee room, training room, and other work.
  • New lift in the existing shaft at the field house

No work will be performed on the field.

Budget: Real Estate Excise Tax provides for an estimated construction cost of $2.1 million.
