Summary In Summer 2019, the City of Seattle Department of Education and Early Learning (DEEL) will invest up to $80,000.00 in a school or community-based program that prevents summer learning loss and improves academic outcomes for Seattle high school students. This funding is made possible by the Families and Education Levy (Levy), which was last approved by voters in 2011 and the Families, Education, Preschool and Promise Levy approved by voters in 2018. |
