A leading online behavioral health care company meeting the mental health needs of Seattle youth ages 13 to 24 through virtual therapy and asynchronous texting-based support.  

Talkspace is an online therapy service that connects individuals to dedicated, licensed mental health therapist through private messaging and live video sessions.  Members can exchange messages with their dedicated Talkspace therapists via text and live sessions from the privacy and convenience of their computer or smartphone.  Talkspace also delivers self-guided mental health support designed for teens through the Talkspace Go app.  Talkspace Go offers interactive mental health education, live classes with therapists and daily reflection prompts to teens' phones.

Talkspace has therapists who speak Spanish, Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese), Tagalog, and Vietnamese. We have a translation service that gives us access to 120 languages.

Visit talkspace.com/seattle and click Get Started.  To confirm eligibility Seattle youth will only need their age and zip code. Registration is open year-round; youth can sign up whenever they are ready to begin their mental health journey! No insurance, no referral, no diagnosis required to seek care. 

  • Youth (13+) can self-refer

  • School can refer youth 
  • Family/caregiver can refer youth 
  • Another provider can refer youth
