Service Zone Permits

Service Zone Permits are annual permits (valid July 1 through June 30) issued for the purpose of parking trucks in accordance with City of Seattle Traffic Code, Ordinance 108200, Section 11.26.

  • Building Service – rendering maintenance service to a building and building equipment.

How to get a Service Zone Permit

In person at the traffic permit counter

How much does it cost?

$1700.00 (Annual)
Service Zone Permit fees are prorated monthly at the beginning of each month starting in August. For example, the fee for August 1st through August 31st would be $1558.00.
