On March 12, 2026 we published an Addendum to the One Seattle Comprehensive Plan Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to review for possible environmental impacts from the proposed Downtown Regional Center Draft Plan. This draft is the culmination of multiple years of engagement with community in Downtown. During this process we have heard from thousands of community members through surveys, visioning sessions, one-on-one discussions, and public workshops.
