What is the Mayor’s Fellowship Program?

The Mayor's Fellowship Program seeks to inspire students to pursue a career in public service. Students who participate in this paid opportunity will learn about City government while utilizing their skills to develop policies and programs for the public good. In addition to developing valuable skills, Mayor’s Fellows will have multiple opportunities to meet, collaborate, and network with City leaders and key policymakers.

Who is Eligible?

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited graduate program in public administration, public policy, or another related field throughout the fellowship term
  • Candidates must maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the U. S
