About

Seacrest Boathouse and Pier is located on Harbor Avenue next to Don Armeni Boat Ramp and is accessible by boat on Elliott Bay. Seacrest Park is the land based access point for protected Scuba diving located on the western shore of Elliott Bay. Most of the diving area is under the authority of the Washington State Department of Natural Resources. Markers that define the area closed to diving are generally maintained by local dive clubs. City of Seattle laws about diving are available on the Seattle Police Department's Harbor Patrol web site.

Hand carry boat launch access can be found at the floats at 1660 Harbor Ave. SW. No public power boat launching is permitted at this location except as an approved Seattle Parks and Recreation Contract or Concession activity. Tie-up is permitted for up to 2 hours in designated places that do not conflict with the Water Taxi. Beach #1 hand carry boat launch is located at the south end of the park and Beach #3 hand carry boat launch is at the north end the park.
