Home Repair is a program of the Seattle Office of Housing that provides home repair services for income­ qualified households. Interested contractors are invited to review the information included here.

Typical work could include: 

  • Roofing/Gutters
  • Electrical
  • Windows/Doors
  • Siding
  • Plumbing
  • Flooring
  • Kitchen & Bath Remodel
  • Heating & Cooling 
  • Decks/Hand-railings
  • Concrete Work 
  • Foundation/Sidewalks
  • Exterior Painting
  • Side Sewer
  • Tree Removal

If you are interested in being a contractor with the City of Seattle Office of Housing Rehab Program, you must fill out and provide the following listed information.

Note: Any current L&I violations or lawsuits against bond will disqualify you from being on the Office of Housing contractor list.

  1. Contractor Application 
  2. Disbarment Form
  3. W-9
  4. Provide Current Insurance
  5. Provide State License
  6. Provide City of Seattle License 
  7. Must be certified in lead with Renovation, Repair & Painting Certification
