Many public facilities (including libraries and community centers) offer free public Wi-Fi. The City of Seattle Public Wi-Fi Map shows City buildings offering free public Wi-Fi. Clicking on a location in the map will bring up location details (name, address, and link to website with building hours).

You can also search for nearby sites using the third button on the top right side menu to, "Find City Public Wi-Fi Sites Near Me."
