Committee Scope

Following the adoption of the Comprehensive Plan major update (Ordinance 127375) and Resolution 32183 on December 16, 2025, the purpose of the Select Committee on the Comprehensive Plan for 2026 is to consider legislation to implement zoning changes in neighborhood centers, in new and expanded regional and urban centers, and along frequent transit routes. The Select Committee may also consider Comprehensive Plan annual amendments, as described in Resolution 32183.

Meeting Dates

The Select Committee will meet at City Hall, Council Chambers, unless noted otherwise. The established meeting dates and times are listed below and additional meetings will be scheduled as needed.

The quorum for the Select Committee on the Comprehensive Plan is five members.

Meet the Council
