Construction Updates

While most of the Waterfront Park is open, several projects have ongoing construction activities.

Marion Street Pedestrian Bridge:

Due to demolition of the 800 Alaskan Way building, anticipate the following closure:

  • Sidewalk closure on the west side of Western Avenue between Marion Street and Columbia Street.

Bell Street:

  • Minor work ongoing. 

Alaskan Way/Elliott Way

  • Construction activity is weather dependent and includes localized repairs to concrete joints, pavers, pavement markings, and clean-up.

Pier 58:

  • Minor electrical work
