Fair Housing PosterIf you have rental property, you must display a fair housing poster at the place that is being rented.

If you do not display a fair housing poster or at least provide one to your tenant, it could result in a $250 fine. Free posters are available online here or contact the Seattle Office for Civil Rights to get a hard copy.
