2025 Youth Art Contest

“Police & Community Working Together
for a Better Seattle”

In the spring of 2025, OPA accepted art submissions from youth ages 18 and under who attended school in Seattle, to have their art featured on the cover of OPA’s 2024 Annual Report. This year’s theme was "Police and community working together to create a better Seattle." The winner, E. Fernandez, age 17 at the time of submission, is a talented artist from Franklin High School, whose submission is featured on the cover of the 2024 Annual Report.
