Our office is open to the public Monday through Thursday, 10am-3pm, with a break from 12:00 p.m.–12:30 p.m. for lunch.

We are located in the Central Building at the corner of Third Avenue and Marion Street in downtown Seattle, near City Hall and the Public Safety Building. Any bus that travels Third Avenue passes by the Central Building.

The Central Building is wheelchair accessible from the Third Avenue entrance.
