The CIty currently has no plans to conduct a medallion lottery. Information about any future lottery will appear on this webpage. The Finance and Administrative Services Director last held a lottery on March 23, 2018. To view lottery rankings, please check the lists at the links below.

2017 Taxicab Medallion Lottery

The City of Seattle intends to re-award four medallions from the 2017 Taxicab Medallion Lottery. The drivers listed in this notification document, whose application numbers were drawn during the lottery conducted on Nov. 21, 2016, were next in rank order and found fully eligible. The driving experience, driving record and conduct record of each driver met the eligibility requirements for this lottery. Review the notification document for more information.

2018 Taxicab Medallion Lottery

The City of Seattle intends to re-award 13 medallions from the 2018 Taxicab Medallion Lottery. The drivers listed in this notification document, whose application numbers were drawn during the lottery conducted on Nov. 21, 2016, were next in rank order and found fully eligible.
