A use is reserved for advertised, non-commercial, public events/meetings
that are for the general public and are scheduled during hours of

hours, see Class C use.) An event will be considered advertised
if it has been announced in the local paper, through mass mailing,
radio announcements, posters throughout the community, posted in
or distributed through the community center. |
