Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) Provider Support Page

Professional Development

The Department of Education and Early Learning provides professional development to City of Seattle contracted providers. Learn more about our professional development resources and services, including coaching, training workshops, seminars, and technical assistance. 

Child Information and Provider System (CHIPS)

CHIPS, or the Child Information and Provider System, is DEEL's online early learning portal.  CHIPS creates a streamlined central information system that accommodates all DEEL's early learning needs. This online and integrated data system allows all City of Seattle preschool and childcare partners to manage their agency, site, family, and child information securely and efficiently. If providers have any technical questions regarding CHIPS, please email CHIPS@Seattle.gov.
