Real Property Reports

Annual real property report

Each January, Real Estate Services (RES) requests City departments to report status changes for property under their management, based on the classification defined in Procedures for the Evaluation of the Reuse and Disposal of the City's Real Property. RES then updates the City's real property database and produces an annual real property report, which is presented to the City Council each year.
