Customer Service Dashboards

Our goal is to deliver responsive government services. If you reported a service request through Find It, Fix It or the City’s Customer Service Webform, you can use this Tracker below to see the current status and history of progress on your request. The new tracker is among a number of Citywide efforts underway to improve the customer experience, increase transparency and efficiencies. More functionalities will be added to the tracker in the future—including the expansion of additional request types and the option to receive text notifications about status updates.

This tracker is refreshed nightly and currently includes these non-emergency requests:

  • Graffiti
  • Public Litter
  • Illegal Dumping
  • Abandoned Vehicles
  • Streetlight Repair

Summary of service requests

If you’ve reported an issue through Find It, Fix It App, the online web form, and calls to 311, it’s counted here. As our tools have become easier to use and the City becomes more responsive, we have seen an uptick in requests. This is the first step in a multi-phase effort to improve transparency and responsiveness. The City is currently working to integrate additional metrics—such as resolution times and customer satisfaction—to better understand how we’re meeting community expectations. 

If your inquiry is related to an issue that resulted in damages for which you believe the City is responsible and you would like to file a claim, please visit the Filing a Damage Claim website for more information and the required claim form.
