Project Closeout

Project closeout should occur as soon as possible after completion of the project so any excess City funds may be returned to OH for new projects. Detailed requirements around Final Disbursement and Project Closeout are found in the OH Loan Documents.

Collecting Demographic Information on Tenants in Federally Funded Projects

If the project is federally funded, the borrower must submit tenant demographic information prior to the final disbursement of funds using the HOME-CDBG Household Characteristics Form (xsl). (Instructions)

"Pass-down" Inspection with Asset Management

OH lending and asset management staff will inspect the building to confirm the building is ready for occupancy. OH staff will schedule a closeout meeting and building inspection to coincide with project completion and the issuance of the temporary Certificate of Occupancy before tenants move in.
