Construction Update
6/2/2009 Work is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 8th, depending on weather. There will be parking restrictions along the project boundaries as needed. The contractor will put up no parking signs on the affected block(s) 3 days before construction begins on that block. |
This project will extend along the west side of 35th Ave S. The curb-to-curb width will become 25’ which will still allow parking on both sides of the street, though it will parallel parking only. Trees will be added, and in addition, a bioinfiltration swale will be added to help keep surface water runoff in check.
