North Seattle Family Center
Family Center Computer Lab

The North Seattle Family Center will use the Technology Matching Funds to establish a computer lab to develop computer literacy and provide Internet access and multi-lingual computer classes to limited English speakers, seniors and low-income populations. For the past three years, the family center has been offering one-on-one tutoring on two computers donated to the program. This project allows them to meet the growing demand for these services by expanding the number of computers available and formalizing the programming for their limited-English speaking clients.
