How to Find Us

Most services are available online through our Virtual Applicant Services Center. For customers who need language assistance or technical assistance accessing the Virtual ASC, we have an SDCI information desk on the 4th floor of the Seattle Municipal Tower at 700 Fifth Ave. in downtown Seattle. The Seattle Municipal Tower’s main entrance is at Fifth Ave. and Columbia St. We offer limited access to our offices for scheduled public meetings.

We are  located in downtown Seattle, near several bus stops. Nearby bus stops include:

Driving Directions

From I-5 Northbound: take the James St. exit; turn left on James St.; go downhill three blocks to Fourth Ave.; turn right onto Fourth Ave.; go one block and turn right on Cherry St. Seattle Municipal Tower is one block up on the left side between Fifth and Sixth Avenues.

From I-5 Southbound: take the James St. Exit. Seattle Municipal Tower is on the right side between Columbia and Cherry Streets (one block before James St.).

From the I-5 Southbound Express Lanes: take the James St. exit. The exit ends in a tunnel directly underneath Seattle Municipal Tower.

Parking

The closest parking garages are the Seattle Municipal Tower Garage (entrance on 6th Avenue) and SeaPark Garage (entrances on both 6th Avenue and James Street). There are parking lots on the other side of I-5 and there are metered parking spots on the street.
