Parks held the first public meeting for this project on October 19, 2009. The landscape architects presented a schematic design and went over the project summary. Please see meeting notes below and the design to the right.

A second meeting is being held in November and the community is encouraged to attend.

Project Description

This Parks and Green Spaces Levy project improves the Delridge Playfield.
The renovation to the field includes:
• Replacement of the existing all-weather sand/silt fields with synthetic turf.
• Fields/Striping for adult soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, baseball and softball.
• Replacement of the existing field lights with more energy efficient and neighbor friendly lights.
• Replacement of subsurface drainage.
• Maintaining ADA access from the field to the south parking lot and the community center.
