7th W and W Highland Dr.

Formerly the family garden of Reginald H. Parsons, the garden was given to the City in 1956 by the family's children. This small, lovely garden is a hidden gem on Queen Anne's south slope.

  • Maximum Occupancy: 75
  • Parking: Limited, on-street
  • Attendant required ($20 per hour, three hours minimum)
  • No amplified/recorded music
