Hillman City Hillman City P-Patch is a gem of a neighborhood-gathering place nestled in the heart of the Hillman residential neighborhood. Our P-Patch’s beauty is due to its productive, efficient, resourceful nature — a working person’s garden. Experienced, elder Laotian growers work side by side American-born new gardeners. The coop preschoolers maintain a lovely plot, neighborhood school-age children swing from our large willow, and neighbors drop by to view the whole production.
