Update Your Account Information

It's part of our ongoing efforts to improve customer service. Seattle City Light is enhancing communications for reporting outages and to receive information about outages. We need YOUR help! Many customers have had a City Light account for years and it's likely that your account information hasn't been updated for some time. Also, many of our customers now use a cellular telephone as their only phone service and we might not have that number in our system. Some of you have told us you'd like to get an e-mail when there's an outage because you can receive them on your cell phone. Please help us stay in touch by updating your contact information.

Seattle City Light wants you to have as much information about your account as possible. Much of it can be found here. Are you a new customer? Have questions about rates or are you wondering if you’re eligible for our assistance programs? Don’t know where to pay your bill? Want to sign up for electronic billing and payments? Have a question because your bill seems high? You can find the answers here.
