Light, Power & Pride, established in 1984, became a tradition at Seattle City Light. The yearly awards strengthened the partnership between management and employees and the bonds between Seattle City Light and the customers we serve.

During the last few years the program has languished. No nominations were sought and no award ceremony was scheduled.

The Communications and Public Affairs division has worked to revive the program. In 2007 Light, Power & Pride will live again!
