Don Pendleton Don Pendleton - Don joined the staff of SCL in November of 2005 to coordinate Built Smart for Affordable Housing, a program which provides incentives to developers of low-income housing in SCL's service area. He brings a wealth of conservation, energy management and alternative energy applications to the program. His previous experience includes working with NW electrical utilities in conservation and resource management, including 14 years with Snohomish county PUD in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors, work with non-profits in energy efficiency including work in Washington D.C. Peter Held Peter Held - Peter Held is our new BUILT SMART Program Lead. (John Forde has moved to Puget Sound Energy - john.forde@pse.com.) Pete has over ten years of energy conservation experience at EWEB and Snohomish County PUD, where he worked in both the residential and commercial sectors. During that time, Peter was certified as a residential energy code inspector and as an Energy Manager by the Association of Energy Engineers. Peter has two Associates degrees, one in Building Construction and one in Energy Management. More recently, from 1996 through 2002, Pete worked as a real time energy trader for SnoPUD and PSE. Leslie Wagoner Leslie Wagoner - BUILT SMART inspector. Leslie Wagoner started with Seattle City Light in 1993 as an auditor/inspector in the Multifamily Weatherization Program. She has been involved in the BUILT SMART Program since 1994. Leslie's career in energy conservation began in1982 at Elmhurst Mutual Power and Light in south Tacoma where she was a single family home auditor/inspector. In 1987 she continued in single family home weatherization as an independent consultant for various agencies including Puget Power, King County Housing Authority, and Peninsula Light Company.
