Income & Rent Limits

The Office of Housing annually publishes income limits for rental and ownership housing subject to affordability restrictions, as well as for homes/properties assisted through weatherization and/or home repair programs. Income limits vary by household size and rent limits vary by unit characteristics (type, number of bedrooms, or net unit area). Maximums are expressed as percentages of area median income, as applicable according to the City regulatory agreement(s) on the property title.
